It is really difficult to show up fully to your life if your inner world is noisy, messy, emotional and erratic.

When we lack clarity on who we are as our truest self, other parts of us can become loud and take over, pushing us off our path. Together we will engage in a process of tending to and quieting parts such as anxiety, depression, fear or overwhelm, which allows for more space to open up for higher vibration emotions such as joy, thriving, peace, confidence and creativity.

It’s really common to experience nervousness and uncertainty in the world if you are someone that doesn’t fit into boxes. Everything starts to feel better when we fully embrace and accept who we are, and take steps towards living authentically.

You might have aspects of yourself that you’ve hidden or pushed aside because they aren’t fully accepted in the mainstream world. This causes friction and lack of harmony in the internal system, which leads to a whole host of discomforts physically and emotionally. If we address the inner misalignments, we are then able to see the outer world more clearly. We will regularly be checking back in with our breath and body sensations, fine tuning our awareness to be able to listen to and understand internal signals and information.

  • Finding yourself in deep connection with other humans is a wonderful gift, and also comes with its own unique set of challenges. Sitting with a partner or a type of connection where there is intimacy in the presence of a therapist, can give space and safety for truths, vulnerability and new levels of communication and connection to be born.
