Now is the time to get unstuck.

You're here because you’re hungry for change.

It’s 2025 and the world is increasingly mirroring the energy of a roller coaster ride on repeat.

We are all searching for ways to increase resiliency, strengthen our sense of self and find like minded open hearts and nourishing connection.

You’re in the right spot.

Take action on finding new ways of welcoming peace within the most essential relationship that exists - you and yourself.

nervous system regulation is the key to healing our past and finding access to positive emotions. Now the question is, but how?

Becoming aware of our bodies and breath is a good place to start. They give us unassuming messages that can expand our awareness in the most amazing ways.

Internal Family Systems therapy encourages accessing Self; states such as calmness, compassion, curiosity, confidence among other grounded qualities. From this place we can see and feel clearly and move into alignment in our lives.

Identifying parts within us such as anxiety, depression, shame etc., and giving space for these parts to feel heard, seen and appreciated actually reduces their intensity, many times bringing understanding that they are scared and young and benefit the most from connection with adult us, the Self.

How I work

At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that

HEre’s HOW I SEE IT

We all want to feel comfortable in our skin.

How we feel in our bodies can up level our emotional wellness. The more we are present in our bodies, the more we start to notice when we are in or out of alignment, and can start to move towards making necessary changes in our life.

Prioritizing even small moments for yourself has the power to change your life.

Modern society does not encourage self care. These moments of stillness, being with our breath, experiencing the gentle sensations in our bodies can reveal truths that have been buried and compartmentalized from a place of fear. Together we can create a safe container to start to peel back the layers one by one and integrate our parts.

Increasing self worth has limitless positive returns.

Our inherent self worth is the foundation to our existence. Internal standards for how high we allow ourselves to fly, what energy we accept into our lives and ultimately how we treat ourselves all has an impact on how we feel day to day. Identifying and practicing boundaries in this space can have a positive impact when we apply it to the real world.

A period of emotional hardship can be the best opportunity for growth.

How hungry are you?

What it’s like to work with me

In our sessions together,

yes, we’re most likely going to talk about The Hard Stuff.

We're also going to find the bright spots and laugh at ourselves and the unfortunate state of the world, find peaceful moments with our breath and body, and draw new connections between Self and parts, as well as past patterns and present behaviors.

I tend to show up in a session embodying non judgment, lots of humor and some silliness, and direct, honest communication. I will invite you to strengthen the mind-body connection and dig deep to spark the innate curiosity to befriend all parts of yourself in an accepting environment.

My approach to a therapy session is filled with the belief and trust that human beings naturally have an inherent drive towards their most authentic, deeply true self.

My role is focused on holding space, guiding you towards making connections and cutting to the bottom of the cake - finding the core of yourself and beginning to live from that place.

Exploring and building a healthy relationship with yourself has a powerful ripple effect on all other aspects of your life.

  • I have had the pleasure of working with the full spectrum of humanness over my decade plus of clinical social work, from the beginning of life with supporting folx in prenatal and maternity care, to the end of the life cycle with death and dying in hospice. I’ve spent time with in home community care helping older adults obtain services or work through hoarding concerns and neglect allegations, walking the floors of Cambridge Hospital supporting a very vulnerable population as they dealt with illness, and then most recently diving into the fulfilling work of identity building and authenticity seeking with clients in private practice. See below for a more detailed outline of how I’ve chosen to spend my life and the settings that have gifted me the clinical skills I utilize today.
